"Both refined and relaxed, the restaurant-Bar 99 Haussmann and its terrace is a resolutely Parisian place of life, a place of exchanges and meetings.
Discover a gourmet breakfast to start the day, based on the flavors of French and international gastronomy. Breads, pastries, sweet and salty sweets are served with a wide range of beverages (hot or cold). Adult rates: EUR 42, children rates (between 6 and 12 ): EUR 21, free for children under 6. Every day from 7AM to 12PM.

Le 99 has its own hidden terrace. Between Haussmannian buildings and brick walls, a corner of sky and greenery where you can discover the cuisine of Chef Charly Salierno. 40 covers at lunch and dinner time and the silence of Paris to escape.

Overlooking the street, benefiting from a great luminosity and under the eye of the Baron Haussmann, you are received as in the cosy living room of a Parisian house. The 99 is a delicious break in your day. Bar 99 is a bar with pure lines, where cocktails are made and served with passion. It is also a cellar that honors wines: the greatest names of domains are on the menu, great classified wines that will delight your taste buds. Champagne lovers will smile. The beers and juices come from local productions. As an aperitif, let yourself be tempted by some tasty tapas.

CHARLY SALIERNO
Charly Salierno is the executive Chef of our kitchen. This gifted thirty-year-old, formerly of the Château de Bagnols en Beaujolais and of the Bocuse group's brasserie Le Sud, is taking over the reins of 99 Haussmann, playing with the codes of classic and modern.
